There’s soon to be a new neighborhood just west of town & it looks to be a beautiful one – Morningstar! Fort Worth developers Tim Fleet and Kim Gill have already begun utility work, paving is set to begin in December and construction is planned to begin in March 2016.
You can expect such amenities such as hiking and bike trails along Mary’s Creek, a lakeside amphitheater and a resort-style swimming pool. There will also be 4 lakes with waterfalls within the 737 acre development.
Morningstar is located just North of Interstate 20 on FM 3325 making quick access to the highway to head further West to Weatherford or back East to enjoy Fort Worth.
Utilities such as Atmos Gas, AT&T’s Fiber Network & City of Fort Worth’s Water & Sewer will be offered. Homes will range in square foot from 1,800 to more than 4,000 with prices ranging from the mid $200’s to $400’s in the first two neighborhoods. Builders include Highland Homes, Impression Homes, Rendition Homes & D.R. Horton. All homes within Morningstar will be within the highly sought after Aledo ISD.
