So, your Real Estate professional is working hard to make sure that you are selling your house at the best price possible without ruining the deal.  Because remember, price matters!  Your Real Estate professional likely wants to build a meaningful relationship with you and also give you the best advice possible for the sell of your home.

When I work with a home seller, I keep in mind that they then become a buyer.  I want the home seller/buyer to move on to a destination that’s better for their life ahead, and a location that fits their future lifestyle.  Likewise, when I represent a home sale, I want the family that purchased the home to move into the house and live happily ever after.  It can be a win-win for both parties involved, and it usually is.

Not only that but, I want to gain the home sellers business and friendship for the rest of their life, because at the end of the day everything is about relationships.
