Our canine companions deserve to get out and explore Fort Worth too. For you and the four-legged friends in your life, we’ve compiled a dog-friendly Fort Worth guide to restaurant and patios around the city. Below you will find just a few of the great dog friendly places Fort Worth has to offer.
The Ginger Man – A beer pub featuring specialty beers from around the world! Allows dogs on the shaded patio. They keep a cooler and plastic cups on the patio for humans and dogs. Great Food large variety of beers.
Wild Acre Brewing Company – This brewery is located in the old Ranch Beans complex. Entry and a tasting with a take-home pint glass is $15 and includes 4 pints. Indoor AND outdoor seating, and there is shade at the outdoor tables. Live music and a food truck onsite, so you can hang out, have a bite and beer while listening to music. Bocce Ball, Jenga, and Cornhole. Best part…. dogs are welcome outdoors!
Woodshed Smokehouse – Very dog friendly, family friendly. Dogs are allowed on the patio that’s decked out with fire pits and picnic tables. Special menu for pups, a dog of the month contest. Features classic barbecue dishes and more!
Waterside’s Grove – is MADE for hanging with your dog. Grab a bite to eat from Whole Foods Market with its vast supply of take-out items, or try out Piatello Italian Kitchen, Taco Diner among several other fast-casual restaurants and enjoy a covered patio for you and your pooch.
Magnolia Motor Lounge – spend an evening with your dog on the patio at this lounge. Enjoy live music, cold beer, deep fried all beef hot dog with your choice of toppings. They also serve a Brunch. What more could you and your four legged friend ask for?
The place I’m looking most forward to checking out with my pooch, is the new Mutts Canine Cantina. A combo dog park/beer-and-wine garden. Located along the Trinity River in southwest Fort Worth in Clearfork. Watch the numerous HD TV’s, sip some beer or wine and enjoy a menu of sandwiches, burgers, milkshakes and yes! even a doggie menu. Look for it to open Fall of 2018
